Frequently asked questions.

Here are some of our Frequently Asked Questions. If you don’t find your question here please reach out .

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept currently United Healthcare, Select Health, EMI, DMBA, Bluecross Blue Shield, Regence, PEHP, and Aetna.

For all other insurances, you may have out-of-network benefits, which means that insurance will reimburse you for a portion of our session cost. We have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. With Thrizer, you will only have to pay your co-insurance for our sessions, instead of paying our full fee and waiting for reimbursements. This can save you on average 70% upfront on our sessions. During our intake process, we can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your co-insurance would be.

We also work with third-party payers such as bishops, employers, etc.

How much does it cost?

Our cash pay rate is currently $175 for the intake session and then $150 per session after that. Insurance and out of network (OON) insurance is billed $170 per session.

Co-pays and deductibles are determined by your insurance company, please reach out to your insurance to determine what your payments may look like.

What does a typical session look like?

In a typical session, you can expect your therapist to explore current issues you’re facing and how they relate to the reason you came to therapy. From there, they will work with you to gain new perspectives, learn new skills, develop self-compassion, and build a road map forward. Often you’ll leave the session with a clear idea of how you can make strides forward before your next session.

How long will it take?

The average client attends therapy for 8-12 weeks. However, therapy is highly individualized and each person has their own pace, barriers, and complexity. If the length of therapy is a concern for you, please feel free to reach out and discuss it with a therapist.

What does private coaching look like?

We work closely with individuals either wanting to start their own private practice or wanting some support as they run their own private practice. We walk along side you to identify your goals, address any areas where you may be struggling and provide support along the way.
